Thirty people have died, hundreds injured and more than 6,000 have been displaced by floods in southern Malawi, following days of heavy rains.

Floodwaters are still high, and more heavy rains are expected in the coming days.

Al Jazeera’s Malcolm Webb reports from an evacuation centre in Nsanje district.
