Kerala: Some evacuees return home despite risks as floods recede

After days of torrential rain, floodwaters are finally receding in Kerala.

But more than a million people are still in makeshift camps after their homes were inundated.

Al Jazeera’s Andrew Thomas reports from the town of Mannar, where some evacuated residents decided to return home despite the risks.
