Qatar Airways celebrated Ramadan by welcoming journalists to Ghabgas in Doha, Dubai, Dammam and Manama.
It co-hosted the four events with local hotels in each city to show appreciation for the regional media which continuously support Qatar’s national carrier.
Expressed her thoughts on the events, Salam Alshawa, Vice President Corporate Communications, Qatar Airways, said: “We have very strong media relationships with those who give their support to Qatar Airways by reporting our activities.
“Ramadan is a real opportunity to be thankful and to appreciate
our media partners,” Al Baker added.
“The Ghabgas are special occasions for us to re-connect with the regions’ journalists and show how thankful we are for their service to the community. We are also happy to welcome new entrants to the Arab media industry.”
