(CNN)Great Britain’s Prince Philip, husband of Queen Elizabeth II, was involved in a traffic accident Thursday, but he was not injured, Buckingham Palace told CNN.
Buckingham Palace said the 97-year-old was driving a Range Rover when the crash involving another vehicle occurred.
Norfolk police didn’t identify either driver, but said they both passed breath tests, per department policy. The two people in the other vehicle, a Kia, were treated at a hospital and released, police said.
