Harsh winter takes deadly toll on Syrian refugees

Freezing weather is being blamed for the deaths of 15 children in camps for internally displaced people in Syria.

The harsh weather is also affecting camps in neighbouring Lebanon, where hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees live in makeshift tents.
