Yemeni army liberates strategic mountain range in southern Saada province from Houthis
DUBAI: Yemeni troops liberated a strategic mountain range in the Kitaf district in southern Saada governorate in northern Yemen, Saudi state-news agency SPA reported.
The Yemeni military forces launched an attack on the positions of the Houthi militia in the Al-Malil mountain range, which resulted in the liberation of the entire mountain range, a statement on the Yemeni Ministry of Defense’s official site September Net read.
Several militants were killed and injured during the clashes, while six others – including a commander – were captured by the Yemeni army.
