Funeral held for Kashmir rebel leader killed in clash

Government forces have tried to stop mourners from taking part in a funeral for a senior rebel commander in India-administered Kashmir.

Thousands defied roadblocks and barriers to gather in the home town of Zeenat ul-Islam, one of two fighters killed in a clash with government troops on Saturday.

Al Jazeera’s Dorsa Jabbari has the latest.
