Trump EPA makes it easier to open new coal plants

As climate negotiators from around the world gather in Poland to try to strengthen measures to limit carbon emissions, the US Environmental Protection Agency has just made it easier to open new coal-fired plants.

The Trump administration has rolled back an Obama-era regulation designed to reduce CO2 emissions.
