A newly opened physical rehabilitation centre in Mosul has given hopes to thousands of people who lost their arms and legs after the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) seized the city.
The centre and a new prosthetic limbs factory, run by the International Committee of the Red Cross, are expected to bring the disabled locals some relief from the lifelong pain given by the ISIL fighters.
