Kashmir sees its deadliest year in about a decade

It has been the most violent year for the Indian-administered Kashmir in nearly a decade.

According to rights groups, 535 people have been killed this year so far, which includes 246 separatist fighters, 144 Indian soldiers or police personnel and 145 civilians.
