The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday received a message from the President of the Republic of Chad, Idriss Deby, containing greetings on his assuming power. The message was handed over by Chad Minister of Foreign Affairs and African Integration Moussa Faki Mohamed.
