    Artists in the Philippines are using their craft to fend off what they call creeping authoritarianism.

    As the government tightens its grip on the media and other basic freedoms, artists are taking their fight into the realm of the abstract.

    Al Jazeera’s Jamela Alindogan reports from Manila about their abstract messages.
