UK poisoning suspect reportedly a Russian colonel

New claims suggest one of the suspects in the nerve agent attack on a former Russian agent in the UK is a Russian colonel decorated by Vladimir Putin.

He is one of two men now in Russia who are wanted by the British authorities for the attempted murder of Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia, in March.

Al Jazeera’s Alexi O’Brien reports.
