It has taken 18 years for Mexico City’s replica of the Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel to be completed; it will open to the public this week.
A retired graphic designer spent years of his time recreating the iconic images on the ceiling of his local church.
He relied on donations from friends and parishioners to finance the murals.
