Aretha Franklin funeral: Stars honour ‘queen of soul’

The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, has been honoured at a marathon farewell ceremony lasting almost eight hours in her home city of Detroit.

It was the fourth day of remembrance for the singing legend who died on August 16.

Al Jazeera’s John Hendren reports from Detroit.
