{"id":38344,"date":"2019-04-01T15:23:48","date_gmt":"2019-04-01T15:23:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qatar-news.org\/qatarnewsEn\/?p=38344"},"modified":"2019-04-01T15:23:48","modified_gmt":"2019-04-01T15:23:48","slug":"seven-algerian-businessmen-investigated-for-corruption","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qatar-news.org\/qatarnewsEn\/?p=38344","title":{"rendered":"Seven Algerian businessmen investigated for corruption"},"content":{"rendered":"<div readability=\"52\">\n<p>\nDUBAI: UAE\u2019s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Gargash has rejected a report by the Group of Eminent International and Regional Experts on Yemen because of the mistakes it contained, state news agency WAM reported on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>\nGargash urged the Human Rights Council (HRC) instead to concentrate on the provision of support to Yemen\u2019s government to create legitimate institutions and protect human rights.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cThe Group\u2019s mistakes and missteps in judgement and methodology are too numerous and too serious to ignore,\u201d the Minister wrote in a letter to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe letter also had an assessment of the errors in the report.
