Plus, a look at power, politics and the Chamorro family in Nicaragua.<\/p>\n<h2><span>How Rutger Bregman put\u00a0<span>tax reform back on the news agenda<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tax rates are one of those stories that TV producers would probably rather leave to print journalists or authors.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not visual, it&#8217;s complicated; in short, it&#8217;s not a sexy topic.<\/p>\n<p>Until, a Dutch academic, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/profile\/rutger-bregman.html\">Rutger Bregman<\/a>, spoke at the recent World Economic Forum in Davos and made news by telling a room full of billionaires: &#8216;Want to fix the global economy? Then dig deeper. Pay up.
