{"id":29266,"date":"2019-01-15T14:23:47","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T14:23:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qatar-news.org\/qatarnewsEn\/?p=29266"},"modified":"2019-01-15T14:23:47","modified_gmt":"2019-01-15T14:23:47","slug":"houthis-reneged-on-sweden-agreement-yemeni-fm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qatar-news.org\/qatarnewsEn\/?p=29266","title":{"rendered":"Houthis reneged on Sweden agreement:  Yemeni FM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><h2>Houthi militants involved in Al-Anad drone attack captured: Yemen Ministry of Interior<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<div readability=\"61\">\n<p>\nDUBAI: Yemen\u2019s interior ministry on Tuesday said they had captured members of a Houthi cell involved in last Thursday\u2019s attack on Al-Anad air base.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe drone attack on a Yemeni government military parade, the latest and deadliest since a cease-fire agreement for Hodeidah was signed in Sweden last month, killed six people and injured scores of others.<\/p>\n<p>\nA seventh person died days later.<\/p>\n<p>\nA ministry statement added the cell worked for the Houthi militia in Aden, Lahij and other liberated areas, Al-Arabiya news website reported.<\/p>\n<p>\nAhmed Al-Misri, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, said the militants were arrested in the past few days in the Lahij province, north of Aden, where Al-Anad airbase was located.<\/p>\n<p>\nAl-Misri added that those arrested admitted during interrogation they carried out the assassinations and bombings in Aden, which targeted security and military officials.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe militants likewise said they received training from Houthi experts in Sanaa and Dhamar, the areas controlled by the militia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Houthi militants involved in Al-Anad drone attack captured: Yemen Ministry of Interior DUBAI: Yemen\u2019s interior ministry on Tuesday said they had captured members of a Houthi cell involved in last Thursday\u2019s attack on Al-Anad air base.
