{"id":17786,"date":"2018-10-09T15:24:08","date_gmt":"2018-10-09T15:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/qatar-news.org\/qatarnewsEn\/?p=17786"},"modified":"2018-10-09T15:24:08","modified_gmt":"2018-10-09T15:24:08","slug":"egypt-says-security-forces-kill-10-militants-in-sinai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qatar-news.org\/qatarnewsEn\/?p=17786","title":{"rendered":"Egypt says security forces kill 10 militants in Sinai"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-io-article-url=\"http:\/\/www.arabnews.com\/node\/1385021\/middle-east\" readability=\"46\">\n<p>\nBAGHDAD: Iraq\u2019s prime minister designate Adel Abdel Mahdi launched a website on Tuesday to allow candidates to apply for a ministerial position online as he struggles to form a government.<br \/>The unprecedented measure comes as Abdel Mahdi, a former Iraqi vice president, battles to overcome sharp party political differences and forge a viable governing coalition.<br \/>Abdel Mahdi was named prime minister on October 2 and, under the terms of the constitution, has until November 1 to form his government.<br \/>The new website gives would-be candidates a three-day opportunity \u2014 from Tuesday morning until Thursday afternoon \u2014 to register online for a ministerial post.<br \/>Applicants must register their personal data, indicate their political orientation and state whether they belong to any political party, according to the terms of registration found online.<br \/>Both men and women may apply.
